Property Manager
Temp-to-perm
Salary: 24-26k (DOE)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-5:30/ 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00-15:00
Location: Nottingham
Start Date: ASAP

Harper Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client to find a Property Manager who will be responsible for helping to maintain over 100 of their properties. This will start on a temporary basis over their busy summer period with the potential to be extended for the right person.

What will the role involve?

  • Managing your own diary to arrange and carry out basic maintenance by visiting properties
  • Assisting in all manners of property management
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant through assessment and instruction of works/certification
  • Attending inspections

Who are we looking for?
  • Full, Clean UK Driving licence
  • I.T Literate
  • Ability to balance administration tasks with visits
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Great communicator
  • Highly organised and great at timekeeping
  • Some experience in property/maintenance is preferable

Additional Information – This role is fully in-person and will require visits to properties, so a driving licence is essential.
