Are you an experienced Property Manager who is looking to join a thriving business that is setting eth standard for others in the field to aspire to? 

Due to success and exciting new acquisitions, they are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a block residential portfolio of building – 30+ across the East Midlands 

Duties will include:

• Management of leases and transfers within the RICS codes of practice and ARMA rules
• Ensure all buildings are fully maintained and emergency systems are in good order 
• Build relationships with contractors to promote a high standard of service delivery 
• Respond to out of hours emergency calls 
• Attend residents’ meetings as required and resolve leaseholder enquiries 
• Communicate effectively with leaseholders regarding property updates 
• Follow up and convert new business leads 

• Previous experience in a similar role essential 
• Section 20 experience and MIRPM 
• Knowledge of IT system experience 
• Great communication skills
