We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Tech department, assisting with incoming queries, organising repairs, managing the team inbox and more. This will be a varied role and will suit somebody looking to grow their career within a great organisation.

What will the role involve?

• Dealing with Executive Support queries and issues
• Organising tech requirement for meetings throughout the business
• Assigning tickets
• Managing the team mailbox
• Order placing
• Reporting
• Overseeing document reviews
• Tasks related to the mobile account

• Strong communicator and outgoing personality
• IT Proficient
• Highly organised
