£24,000 - £27,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Harper Recruitment Group is thrilled to collaborate with an international Real Estate firm who are expanding their seasoned team.
We are looking for an efficient administrator with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture or similar to provide administrative support to the Project Managers. This role will be a temporary contract for 3 to 6 months.
What does the role involve?
Providing efficient administration support assigned to a Project
Responding to email and correspondence in a timely manner
Organising and maintaining digital files and record
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Answering and directing phone calls or taking messages
Creating and editing documents on Word and Excel
Preparing reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters and proposals
Assisting project managers with research and coordination tasks
Assisting the team with real estate operational tasks including research, lead calls and listings
Skills and experience needed:
Highly experienced administrator with a background in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Property or similar.
Outstanding people skills, effective communication and a positive attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient user of Microsoft Office
