Job Role: Project Administrator

Location: Nottinghamshire/Hybrid

Salary:   £24-26k

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading project management consultancy, due to expansion the team have a rare an exciting opportunity to join the delivery team.

As a PMO Coordinator you will directly support the successful delivery of programmes undertaken by the IT department through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring external PMO activities are managed to an agreed standard, which meets the clients’ expectations.

What does the role involve?

• Programme documentation (Create the monthly programme board pack for the Programme Board Meeting
• Development and Management of the Programme Communications (manage a generic email box and manage emails between the team and 3^rd party contractors/other teams)
• Manage and Document PMO Processes and Monitor Controls
• Manage the Project Governance Framework/ Structure
• Meeting co-ordination/Minutes
• Change requests (Manage and log the change requests provided by Project Managers)
• Arrange the new starter requests on behalf of the Project Manager for 3^rd party contractors working on the Programme of work

Who are we looking for?

• Experience managing the complete lifecycle of a project
• Strong numerical and analytic skills
• Experience of creating project plans
• Ability to effectively and efficiently manage and prioritize own workload
• IT Savvy - advanced on Excel
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
