Polish Speaking Customer Service Agent
£24,000 / £12.73ph
Nottingham (hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm 

12-month fixed-term contract

What will the role involve?

  • Processing orders & entering details into the eCommerce system
  • Responding to customer enquiries through email and phone
  • Supporting with delivery queries, also processing returns and refunds
  • Addressing complaints, concerns, and questions promptly and professionally
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Authorising credit notes
  • Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
  • Demonstrating and developing knowledge of product lines
  • Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teams

Who are we looking for?

  • Fully fluent in Polish and English
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Computer literate
