Polish Speaking Customer Service Agent
£24,000 / £12.73ph
Nottingham (hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm
12-month fixed-term contract
What will the role involve?
- Processing orders & entering details into the eCommerce system
- Responding to customer enquiries through email and phone
- Supporting with delivery queries, also processing returns and refunds
- Addressing complaints, concerns, and questions promptly and professionally
- Liaising with couriers
- Authorising credit notes
- Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
- Demonstrating and developing knowledge of product lines
- Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teams
Who are we looking for?
- Fully fluent in Polish and English
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer literate
