About the Role:

Harper Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an award winning company for repairs and installations of Central Heating Systems, Fitted Kitchens, Bathrooms, Wetrooms and Building Works in the East Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface preparation – cleaning, smoothing, and priming before plastering
• Mixing plaster to the correct consistency
• Applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions
• Rendering & Insulation to external walls, using different techniques
• Creating decorative textures in finishing coats
• Repairing existing plaster surfaces
• Making good of walls
• Bonding coat application
• Dot and dab boarding
• Cutting & fixing boards to stud walls and ceilings
• Installing insulation boards (Celotex, Kingspan, etc.)
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of plaster types and applications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
• Strong attention to detail
