Job Role: Planning Analyst

Salary: £20,000-£22300

Location: Derby

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a leading health care provider with over 700 employees, due to an exciting period of growth they have a number of opportunities to join their Workforce Management Team.

You will be IT Savvy and an Excel expert responsible for the scheduling and planning of all shifts & work patterns within the contact centre.

What will the role involve?

• Schedule design
• Upkeep & maintenance of the workforce management systems
• Ensuring all systems are optimised and accurate
• Identifying overtime opportunities
• Making any required manual adjustments
• Flagging issues to operations such as agent requirements and SLA predictions
• Contributing to regular data and insight production
• Workforce MI production

Essential criteria:

• Proven Resource & Planning experience
• Confident with Excel and IT packages
• Excellent knowledge of contact centre WFM systems
• Excellent communicator – confident to interact at all levels
• Forward thinking problem solver
