Are you a HR professional looking to work for an organisation where you can add genuine value and contribute to making a difference to people lives? Our client is a not-for-profit organisation who require an experienced HR specialist to provide advice and guidance to Hiring Managers and members of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful HR candidate will be integral in supporting the delivery of the wider HR strategy and contribute to a robust, supportive, and resourceful HR support.
What will the role involve?

  • Acting as the primary resource for Hiring Managers, giving advice on the full employee lifecycle in line with employment law.
  • Collaborate with Line Manages on the successful recruitment of new employees.
  • Delivering coaching and mentoring services.
  • Manage a busy and varied casework including absence management, disciplinary and pay.
  • Supporting on a variety of HR related projects.
  • “Light” Line Management responsibility
  • Utilising IT tools and maintaining the integrity of the candidate management system.
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in a similar HR related role essential
  • CIPD Level 5 or qualified by experience.
  • Superior stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Energetic and inquisitive approach
  • Knowledge and experience of confidentiality and GDPR
