Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful automotive business
based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced part-time host/receptionist to join the team, where you will be responsible for providing quality customer service for a luxury brand and play a key part in customer experiences. 

Key responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Ensuring guests are updated and looked after
• Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
• Associated administration duties

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working within either hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
• Able to stay calm in high-pressure situations
