We have an exciting new opportunity for an analytically minded individual to join an established and successful international client based in Nottingham as an Order Processor! Due to growth, you will be working as part of a new team established within the company to support the customer service team with order processing and order management. This role offers the option to work from home!

What will the role involve?

  • Allocating orders to achieve maximum order fulfilment
  • Identifying and addressing order errors
  • Tracking inbound orders and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Providing support to the customer service and logistics team with order or allocation issues or errors
  • Analysing and reviewing order book movement
  • Running and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly checks

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Analytical skills
  • Excel skills essential (minimum intermediate level)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience working within customer service or logistics desirable
