Job Role: Operations Team Leader
Location: Nottingham (Remote working)
Salary: £30-33k + Attractive Benefits package
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading financial service organisation, due to expansion there is a new Team Leader opportunity within the Operations team.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 7 administrators, the successful candidate will be experienced leading a team and be tech savvy with strong Excel and data knowledge.
What does the role involve?
Overall management of the administration team responsible for back office & complex data
Working with other businesses teams, writing and improving processes
Overseeing the quality of service delivered throughout the customer base
Managing the day-to-day work flow and data across the department
Carrying out probation and performance reviews
Supporting the team and setting objectives
Investigating root causes of data issues and reporting
Providing operations guidance and support to the business
Who are we looking for?
Proven Team Leader/Manager experience – min 2 years
IT Savvy – Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Problem solver
Financial services background advantageous
Excellent communicator
