Job Role: Operations Administrator 
Location: Derby
Hours:     Monday - Friday (30hours)
Salary:    £28-30k

Harper Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity to join an onsite Operations Facilities Management team at Derby Hospital.

You will be working closely with the management team, providing administration support to all aspects of current projects. Ideally you will have Facilities Management or Project experience.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Support GM’s in the delivery of SLA agreements
  • Managing the insurance and claims procedures
  • Manage all office records
  • Handle all incoming communications
  • Coordinate all meetings in line with project plans
  • Compliance reporting
  • Undertake site reviews
  • Coordinating board packs
  • Monitoring contractor performance

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience managing soft FM service providers
  • Knowledge of environment and health & safety standards
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Problem solving in complex environments
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
