Salary: £37,500 plus bonus 
Position: Permanent
Location: Derby – Office Based
Hours: Full Time – Shift work which includes days, evenings and working 2 out of 4 weekends


Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading Healthcare company who are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to join their ever-growing team. The successful candidate will motivate, guide, and drive the team in delivering excellence.

What will the role involve?
•    Lead and direct performance management processes to establish and maintain excellent performance.
•    Support the development of strategic projects, providing input and implementing necessary changes to support company growth.
•    Collaborate with responsible leads to develop and direct proactive service planning, including the formulation of local Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency Plans
•    Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of workforce plans for the company, ensuring sufficient resources. 
•    Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all service issues and adhere to company policies.
•    Manage relationships with the resource planning team to ensure appropriate staffing levels to accommodate demand.
•    Attend training and meetings as required by senior management.
•    Collaborate with the Senior Operational Performance Manager to build a dynamic, motivated, well-trained, and skilled team. 
•    Adhere to all procedures, protocols, and policies, including Health and Safety, FOI, Information Governance, and GDPR.

Who are we looking for?
•    Previous experience in working in a contact centre environment is essential. 
•    Ability to manage change at senior level. 
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team orientated environment. 
•    Effective time management – strong organisational skills. 
•    Proficient IT user 
•    Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills
