Job Role: Administrator 
Salary: £20k- £22k 
Location: Derby
Full Time- Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Contract: Ongoing temporary - Immediate start

Are you a conscientious Administrator who is able to prioritise and pro-actively apply yourself to your daily tasks? We are looking for someone who is extremely well organised, diligent with the ability to communicate all levels.

This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast paced, lively and fun commercial office. You will receive the support and training to succeed.

Duties will include

  • New starter pre-employment checks
  • Eligibility checks
  • Reference requests
  • Data Entry
  • Issuing new starter documentation
  • Excel reporting
  • Phone/email correspondence

Desirable experience: 

  • Experience working to deadlines
  • Superior organisational ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with people of all levels over the telephone
  • MS Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
