Harper Recruitment Group is supporting a fast-paced, product-based business in Nottingham. As the company continues its strong growth trajectory, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Offline Marketing Manager to take ownership of all traditional marketing activity and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence across print, retail, trade and instore channels.
This is a newly created, high-impact role reporting directly into the CEO. You will lead from the front, set the strategic vision for offline marketing, and build a function that strengthens brand visibility, supports product launches, drives customer engagement and underpins long-term commercial growth.
This position is ideal for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a scaling environment and wants to make a measurable difference from day one.

What we’re looking for:
Senior offline marketing experience within a product-based, retail, manufacturing or B2B environment Proven ability to build a marketing function from the ground up Experience working within a larger organisation and bringing structure, process and best practice into a growing SME Strong background in traditional brand, print, catalogue, POS and trade marketing Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership Strong commercial mindset with confidence analysing campaign performance and offline ROI Creative yet commercially focused approach to brand and campaign development Experience in product-led, distribution or logistics environments is highly advantageous
