Job Role: Office Manager
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5
Salary: up to £30k


Harper Recruitment Group are proud to working in partnership with a successful Business Consultancy firm in Nottingham, our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA.

We are looking to speak to relationship builders with a proactive approach to handling all tasks, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Executive Administration support to the Directors
  • Overseeing the daily activities of the Administration department – including line management/development of administration team
  • Reviewing and monitoring internal process, implementing change when required
  • Organisation of company events
  • Attending meetings and note taking
  • Taking ownership of office/facilities management
  • Assisting with the implementation of processes and infrastructures
  • Manage office expenditure and stationery
  • Managing and delegating work flow ensuring timescales are met


Who are we looking for?

  • Proven Office Management experience
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Good sense of humour and dynamic personality
