Harper Recruitment Group are supporting a well-established, highly reputable business in their
search for a highly organised and dependable Office Administrator. They are seeking a flexible and
proactive individual to provide essential support across multiple businesses and ventures.
This is a varied and influential position where your Admin support skills will be vital in supporting
both the Director and wider team.
What will the role involve?
• Providing administrative support across multiple businesses and ventures
• Assisting with day-to-day operations and business activities of the owner
• Handling personal admin tasks, including management of home and rental property-related
matters
• Providing general sales support, including assisting with enquiries, following up leads, and basic
CRM management
• Liaising with external partners, suppliers, and service providers as needed
• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
• Maintaining organised records, filing systems, and correspondence
If you have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to
multitask and problem-solve, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and
adaptable individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of discretion
and trustworthiness, and competency in Microsoft Office.
