Job Role: Office Administrator
Salary: £21k
Location: Derby
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and 9:30am-5:30pm
Contract: 6 month contract

Are you an experienced Administration looking for your next opportunity? Harper Recruitment Group are looking for a Office Administrator to join a specialist healthcare provider based in Derby.

Our client is looking for an excellent communicator with a positive can do-attitude to provide an all-round support to the team.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the office and management team with Administration support.
  • Handling all incoming calls, assisting with enquiries, and redirecting.
  • Booking meetings and meetings rooms and collation of meeting papers and reports.
  • Taking notes in meetings.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets.
  • General administration duties i.e., filing, scanning, photocopying.

Skills/Experience Required:
  • Previous experience within Administration.
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with a smart and smiley disposition.
  • Enhanced DBS check is desirable
