Office Administrator 
£24,000 + Benefits 

Due to continued growth and success, we are recruiting for a small Nottingham based manufacturing and distribution company who are looking to expand their Office team. 

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team of Office support staff providing general admin support to the sales reps, warehouse, and customer service delivery function. 

Duties will include:

  • Processing sales orders and payments 
  • Resolve a variety of customer enquiries via telephone and email 
  • Assist with warehouse deliveries and processing paperwork 
  • Undertake competitor market research 
  • Occasional order picking and stock distribution prep
  • Assisting the external sales team with a variety of admin support 

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience in an admin support role essential 
  • Team player with the ability to multitask 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail 

The role would suit a proven administrator who is looking to join a well-established business, working for a great employer as part of a small team. The office is open plan and you will work collectively to ensure the smooth running of the distribution process. You will receive full training and support, but it is essential you bring the positive and proactive attitude!
