Job Role: Office Administrator
Pay Rate: upto £18,750
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Harper Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a successful manufacturing business, based at their site just outside of Nottingham City Centre
Our client are looking for an excellent communicator with a positive can do-attitude to provide an all round support to the team.
Duties will include:
Handling all incoming calls, assisting with enquiries and redirecting
Processing customer orders and data entry tasks
Liaising with existing customers and field staff
Administration support to management team including creating daily reports
Previous experience within a Reception or Administration
Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills with a smart and smiley disposition
Well presented with strong attention to details
