We are working with a successful and well-established small business who are looking for an experienced Office administrator to join their team. You will be involved in a variety of admin support tasks taking responsibility for a diverse and interesting workflow. 

Duties will include:

  • Document management, scanning and storing both digital and physical file accurately and efficiently 
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for projects and distribute project documentation 
  • Manage the company fleet including organising services and MOTS
  • Order stationary and supplies liaising with suppliers and negotiating costings 
  • Arrange training and certification for internal staff 
  • Coordinating staff schedules and appointments 
  • Distributing the post and creating a variety of documentation

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience in a similar admin role essential 
  • Good MS Office experience 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Strong organiser with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
