We are working with a successful and well-established small business who are looking for an experienced Office administrator to join their team. You will be involved in a variety of admin support tasks taking responsibility for a diverse and interesting workflow.
Duties will include:
- Document management, scanning and storing both digital and physical file accurately and efficiently
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for projects and distribute project documentation
- Manage the company fleet including organising services and MOTS
- Order stationary and supplies liaising with suppliers and negotiating costings
- Arrange training and certification for internal staff
- Coordinating staff schedules and appointments
- Distributing the post and creating a variety of documentation
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar admin role essential
- Good MS Office experience
- Great communication skills
- Strong organiser with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
