Job Title: 111 Dental Nurse Advisor
Location: Chesterfield/Derby/Oldbury
Pay rate: From £12.84 per hour (plus additional rates for evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays)

As a 111 Dental Nurse Advisor with DHU 111, you will play a crucial role in utilising your dental nurse skills and expertise. This challenging position involves working on behalf of NHS 111, providing assessment and advice to a diverse range of dental patients. You will have the opportunity to enhance your assessment skills and contribute to the well-being of individuals in need.

What will the role involve?

• Conduct telephone assessments of patients' symptoms and needs
• Utilise clinical decision software to support your assessments
• Make referrals to alternative services, as required
• Receive training and support to undertake the 111 Health Advisor role

• Qualified Dental Nurse registered with the General Dental Council
• Significant and varied dental experience post-registration
• Computer literate with excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to remain calm and confident, solving simple and complex dental enquiries in a sympathetic manner
• Strong team player with the capability to work independently
• Preferred experience in telephone triage within an emergency setting

• Pay rates starting at £12.84 per hour
• 30% enhancement pay between 6pm and 8am
• 45% enhancement pay on the weekends and Bank Holidays
