Job role:  Multilingual European Administrator (3 month temp)

Location:  Nottingham

Pay Rate   £11.08ph

Hours:       Monday - Friday

Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting for Multilingual candidates for an international organisation, this role will suit European native speakers or applicants who have business level fluency in a modern language.

We are looking to recruit to the following languages:

French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Flemish

We have numerous temporary positions available, you will be working in a team for minimum of 12 weeks, supporting the businesses Sales Teams and European customer base via email and telephone.

What will the role involve?

  • Contacting retail customers to confirm orders and monthly stock reports
  • Processing customer orders using CRM database
  • Responding to all enquiries regarding services and products via email
  • Support account managers with correspondence of sales orders, pricing/product issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Business level fluency in languages listed above plus English
  • Accuracy and speed in order entry and e-mail communication to clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
