Job Role: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: up to £40-45k + Bonus & excellent benefits package

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a market leading Angling Accessory Manufacturer in Nottingham, due to internal promotion a unique opportunity to head up the Marketing Division.

Reporting to the Director you will develop and execute marketing strategies and commercial campaigns across all brands using multi-channel marketing.

What will the role involve?

• Responsible for all UK Marketing channels
• Manage and develop marketing team
• Building marketing strategies and campaigns
• Product launches
• Strategic Communication Planning
• Collateral creation
• Monthly Reporting
• Internal Communications
• Managing budgets, identifying spend patterns and improvements
• Research on trends, products and systems
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers

Who are we looking for?

• Marketing Management experience in a brand led environment
• Leadership qualities
• Good understanding of FMCG and Retail
• A passion for fishing would be advantageous
• Excellent communicator & relationship builder
