Working closely with the Head of Marketing the successful Marketing Officer will assist in the delivery of a coordinated marketing strategy. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will help raise the company profile through market facing activity and supporting on BD events and forums. You will be proactive, looking for ways to work smarter and add value whilst showing initiative.

What will the Marketing Officer role involve?

• Preparing for events, pitches and meetings
• Undertaking desk-based research in identifying new lead opportunities and potential clients
• Create and deign invitations (including eshots) in accordance with brand guidelines!
• Managing the delegate list and issuing seminar packs and name badges
• Coordinate speakers whilst providing a meet and greet function.
• Capture, analyse and report on delegate feedback.

• Previous experience in a Marketing Officer role or similar advantageous
• Proficient writing and proof-reading skills
• Ability to create and design marketing material using Adobe InDesign is preferable.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or business-related degree.
• Confident user of social media channels including LinkedIn and Twitter
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications with the ability to manipulate date, create charts and design presentations.
