Job Role: Marketing Assistant

Location: Nottingham

Salary:  £18-22k + excellent benefits package

Hours:    Monday – Friday 8.30-5

An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Nottingham based innovator, our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant with a proactive and fresh approach to work closely with the Marketing Manager.

This role would suit a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience within a 360-marketing role, in return our client offers a rewarding career path and entrepreneurial working environment.

What will the role involve?
 

Develop & deliver internal communications
Working closely with charity partner for events and fundraising
Planning and delivery of external events and exhibitions
Managing media relations and PR comms
Social media communications
Digital and print campaigns
Managing budgets, identifying spend patterns and improvements
Research on trends, products, awards and systems
Developing social media and marketing strategies
Building strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers
Identify new creative ways to assist with product launch
Organise and attend trade shows/events – ensuring all promotional material is available

Person Specification:
 

2 years Marketing experience
Go getter with a proactive approach
Excellent communicator – interpersonal/written/verbal skills
Relevant degree or qualification
