Job role: Marketing Administrator
Salary: £12.71ph
Position: Temporary
Location: Nottingham (office based)
Hours: Part-time 30 hours per week


Harpers are excited to be partnering with a Charitable Trust in their search for an experienced Marketing Administrator to join their team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain any required records and systems including the CRM
  • Create regular e-newsletters using Mailchimp
  • Post agreed content on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Update websites using WordPress
  • Assist with the organisation, co-ordination and hosting of online meetings using Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with the organisation and co-ordination of in-person events, conferences and meetings
  • Assist with production / updating of presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as appropriate
  • Provide a responsive service to internal and external colleagues and partners
  • Support financial systems - monitoring expenditure, raising orders, processing invoices, requesting payments, ensuring that robust processes are implemented.

Who are we looking for?
  • Must be available to start work immediately
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is essential
  • Prior experience using Mailchimp is desirable
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
  • Professional telephone manner
