Logistics Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Role: Mandarin Logistics Coordinator

Location: Leicester (LE3)

Pay Rate: £19k

Hours:     Monday – Friday 9-5

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an international logistics organisation, due to recent expansion they are looking for a Mandarin speaker to join their 3^rd party warehouse operation in Leicester.

What does the role involve?

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Communicate with suppliers, customers etc. to achieve profitable arrangements and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Knowledge & Key Skills:

• Fluent mandarin speaking and writing is essential
• Proven experience as logistics coordinator is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft packages - Word & Excel PC literate
• Self-motivated to work to and manage schedules and deadlines
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Good all-round multitasker
