Work closely with the wider team to secure successful lets across the regional portfolio
Manage tenancy applications from first enquiry to move-in, ensuring full legal and compliance accuracy
Attend property viewings, delivering exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally
Maintain clear communication with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth tenancy setups
Support the management of the property portfolio with a strong focus on health & safety compliance
Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance and contractor activity
Arrange and process property visits, inventories, checkouts and deposits
Provide essential administrative support to keep the office running efficiently
Experience in lettings or property management is desirable
Genuine ambition to progress within the lettings industry
Strong understanding of property compliance and safety regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills, acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
