£35,000 & Yearly Bonus 
Beeston, Nottingham 
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 

Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful Property business based in Beeston. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their team, where you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for Tenants & Landlords. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end residential lettings process, from marketing through to tenant move-in.
• Advertise properties, arrange and conduct viewings, and respond to enquiries.
• Screen prospective tenants, carry out relevant checks, and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Manage tenancy renewals, documentation and general lettings administration.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and contractors.
• Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Ensure properties and tenancies comply with relevant legislation and regulations.

• Previous experience in residential property management & lettings (minimum 3 years) 
• Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of residential lettings procedures and relevant tenancy legislation.
