Harper Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with one of Nottingham's leading property companies to recruit a Lettings Consultant to join their friendly, supportive Student Lettings team. Working across a varied portfolio of HMO and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing
 

• Working closely with colleagues to successfully let a diverse portfolio of student properties
• Setting up new tenancies, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met
• Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with landlords, tenants and guarantors
• Managing property compliance, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance for managed properties.
• Carrying out property inspections, processing inventories and check-out reports, and resolving deposit disputes where required
• Conducting regular portfolio reviews to help maximise property performance and occupancy

• Previous experience within lettings and property management is essential
• A strong understanding of property legislation and safety compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong administration, IT and numerical skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use
