Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful property company based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Professional to join their team, where you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional service to Tenants & Landlords.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy completion, ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, applicants and prospective clients, delivering an outstanding level of customer service.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and secure successful tenancy agreements.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting and maximising existing client relationships.
• Match suitable applicants to available properties, qualifying their requirements and managing expectations throughout the process.
• Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
• Keep landlords fully informed throughout the marketing and lettings process, providing regular updates and expert market advice.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system, ensuring all applicant, landlord and property information is up to date.
• Work towards individual and team targets while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue through additional services.
• Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and market trends to provide informed advice and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and property inspections, liaising with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effective solution
• Manage end-of-tenancy procedures, including deposit negotiations and claims, ensuring full compliance with current legislation

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience within Residential Lettings
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and win new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
• ARLA qualification (Preferred)
