Job Role: Lettings Administrator
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary:   Up to £23,500 dependant on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join one of the most respected companies within the property industry. We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our clients friendly team!!

This role involves all aspects of office administration within a successful and lettings admin.

Lettings Administrator duties include:

  • Providing all round administration support to the sales and lettings team
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Booking viewings
  • Processing visits, check-out, and inventory reports
  • Preparation of keys and instructions for the viewers
  • Preparing contracts and handling confidential details
  • Answering calls, assisting with queries, and taking messages

The successful Lettings Administrator will be / have:

  • Proven Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to self-motivate and work individually as well as a team
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills
