Are you an experienced Administrator who is looking for a new challenge within a professional services environment?
We have a great opportunity to work partly from home as part of friendly, supportive team.
The main duties will involve:
- Assisting with trust administration and client funds
- Liaising with clients regarding claims and financial matters
- Bill paying and banking
- Logging and distributing mail
- Process and track legal cases
- Update and create reports using Excel
- Schedule appointments, conferences, and meetings
Skill and experience required:
- Previous admin experience in a similar admin role essential
- Strong communication skills and telephone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Confident with Excel reporting
The role would suit a skilled and experienced Administrator who is comfortable working with basic finance/accounts processes. You will be trained and supported on the systems however it would be advantageous if you enjoyed working with figures and are confident when liaising with people.
