As the Legal Counsel you will provide comprehensive support to a diverse group of companies worldwide. From structuring and negotiating cutting-edge software licensing agreements to offering expert guidance on international tendering processes, your impact will be profound.
Responsibilities include. 
•    Providing legal support across all departments, ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s interests.
•    Structure, draft, review and negotiate various agreements, including software licensing, professional services and confidentiality agreements.
•    Offer legal advice to the business teams and review third-party supplier and vendor agreements. 
•    Conduct legal reviews of company documents, ensuring adherence to legislation and recommending necessary actions.
•    Register trademarks and intellectual rights, safeguarding valuable assets.
•    Represent the group of companies in courts of all instances, showcasing your exceptional advocacy skills.
•    Advise Managing Directors and shareholders on critical legal matters, guiding strategic decision making.
•    Stay abreast of legislation changes, providing impact analysis and ensuring organisational compliance. 
•    Collaborate with our in-house compliance officer, ensuring adherence to legal standards. 
•    Embrace opportunities for professional growth, exploring other aspects of law and expanding your expertise.
Experience and qualifications.
•    Proven experience in commercial law, with a focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating various contracts.
•    Experience in software licensing and technology legal work advantageous.
•    Familiarity with data protection and financial industry regulatory compliance is a bonus.
•    Bachelor’s degree in law essential with a Master’s degree or professional qualification being a bonus.
