Are you a capable Administrator with experience in a Legal/Professional Services sector?
We are recruiting for a superb employer with a reputation for excellence. You will be part of a successful, high performing and friendly team providing a range of admin support duties.
The role will involve:
- Preparing transaction documents, paper based and electronic
- Handling fee earner queries by email, phone, and MS Teams
- Triaging incoming calls and emails
- Maintaining the integrity of files and database systems
- Opening files and case management systems
- Processing payments of invoices, cheques, and BACS
- Arranging meetings
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience within a Legal environment advantageous
- Experience withing a similar role within professional services or similar essential
- Strong IT literacy and MS Office skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise a busy workload
