Job Role: Legal Administrator
Salary: £25,000-£28,000
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid working)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5


Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Legal Administrator to join our client – a reputable legal firm based in Nottingham City Centre.

You will be responsible for providing an all round administration support within the Residential Property department, ideally you will have proven administration experience working within a professional services environment.

This role offers an agile working style with a split between home working and office based.

What will the role involve?

  • Undertaking searches 
  • Opening & closing client files
  • Respond to clients and provide information to clients
  • Making Land Registry applications 
  • Log and distribute incoming mail including regular and electronic mail
  • Preparing correspondence from digital dictation 
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents and clients 
  • Monitor and coordinate the flow of information internally and with external stakeholders

Essential criteria:

  • Proven Administration experience with professional services
  • Legal experience advantageous 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
