Are you fluent in Italian and Spanish? We are working with high quality international brand who are looking for Customer Service professional to provide support to their European customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders and resolving enquiries to the highest standard.

Duties will include

• Assisting with a range of enquiries and issues regarding customers orders

• Providing a prompt and efficient response

• Liaising with customers via email, online chat and telephone

• Process and monitor orders

• Managing shipping and freight requirements

• Liaising with the Credit department to ensure that queries are resolved to achieve prompt payment.

Skill and experience required

• Fluent verbal and written Italian AND Spanish AND English (ESSENTIAL)

• Previous experience within Customer Service role advantageous

• Polite and confident communication skills

• Enthusiastic and energetic

• MS Office (including Excel)
