Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a forward-thinking Financial Services Group in Nottingham city centre. Due to continued success and exciting plans for 2022 the IT department is expanding and are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join the team.

Working alongside the IT Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing technical support and assisting with IT projects for the business.

What will the role involve?

• Respond to user issue escalations and problem resolution
• Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA
• Field and resolve user questions about IT service
• Responsible for all IT elements of the onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Manage licencing and user accounts across all in-house and 3^rd party platforms used by the business
• Assist in the coordination of IT projects
• Identify problematic areas and propose solutions
• Point of communication between user and service desk, escalating where required
• Keep up to date and accurate records, e.g. asset management and equipment allocation

• Proven experience as an IT Assistant or helpdesk support
• Knowledge of supporting:
• Microsoft/Exchange Online
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Windows 10/11              
• Active Directory
• Broad knowledge of IT Systems, Application Management and Networking
• Excellent communicator – interpersonal/written/verbal skills
