Senior Print Sales Consultant OTE £75,000
Permanent Full Time Ely / Regional Travel.
Harper Recruitment Group are supporting a fast-growing technology and business services provider seeking an experienced Senior Print Sales Consultant to drive new business activity and expand existing accounts across Ely and the wider region. This role offers exceptional earning potential, a strong commission structure and the opportunity to sell a wide portfolio of managed print, telecoms, VOIP and mobile solutions.
The successful candidate will have proven B2B field sales experience within managed print or telecoms, strong commercial awareness and confidence engaging SME and midmarket customers. This position suits a high Energy, target driven sales professional who thrives in a fast paced, rewarding environment.
Role Involvement
• New business generation – driving new business sales across managed print, telecoms, VOIP and mobile solutions
• Account development – developing existing accounts and maximising cross sell opportunities across the wider service portfolio
• Client engagement – building strong relationships with SME and mid sector customers • Opportunity qualification – quickly qualifying opportunities and maintaining a strong win rate
• Sales strategy – engaging tactically with different customer types and sizes
• Pipeline management – managing a healthy pipeline and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle
• Market awareness – understanding customer requirements across diverse business sectors
• Collaboration – working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
• B2B field sales experience, ideally within managed print or telecoms
• High energy, hardworking and driven to win new business
• Experience selling to mid market and corporate SMEs
• Strong tactical sales approach and ability to engage different customer profiles • Ability to qualify opportunities quickly and maintain a strong conversion rate
• Positive, adaptable and motivated by growth and career progression
