Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with successful leading supplier, due to continued investment and growth our client is expanding their sales operation.
 
We are looking for high energy motivates Sales professionals to join their team, our client has a brand spanking new office in Nottinghamshire with its own onsite gym, gaming room and all the mod cons.

Working closely with the sales management team you will play a key part in providing a first-class customer care service and managing customer accounts.

What will the role involve?
•    Proactively Contact potential or existing customers
•    Close sales, providing expert product knowledge and support
•    Identifying upselling opportunities 
•    Provide complete problem resolution for issues received through customers.
•    Processing customer orders and quotations 
•    Develop professional relationships
•    Give order resolution, current shipping information and corrective action on late or problematic orders.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
•    Excellent communication and customer care skills
•    Proven sales experience
•    Bubbly character with an ambitious flair  
•    A relationship builder
