Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £27,000 + OTE up to £33,000

The Opportunity
Harper Recruitment Group is supporting a financially secure and expanding construction trade supplies business operating from a modern, high performing Head Office environment.
Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to support inbound and outbound sales activity, build pipelines, and contribute to team targets. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into sales or an individual early in their sales career who is motivated, confident on the phone, and eager to develop.
You will work closely with the wider sales team, handling customer enquiries, generating leads, and maintaining consistent daily activity to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Inbound and outbound calling across multiple campaigns
• Managing customer emails and responding to enquiries promptly
• Lead chasing and converting warm opportunities
• Pipeline building and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Supporting customers with product information, quotations and order updates
• Working collaboratively with the office team to achieve combined sales targets
• Demonstrating professional phone etiquette and consistent daily effort
KPIs and Performance Expectations
• Minimum 40 calls per day across inbound and outbound activity
• Contribution to combined team office targets
• High levels of accuracy, organisation and follow up
• Positive, proactive approach to customer engagement
