Job Role: Internal Logistics Coordinator   
Salary: £21,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pm & 9am – 5:30pm

Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for a dynamic and driven internal logistics coordinator to join their team.
Duties will include:

  • Working closely with the customer service team supporting the reporting and customer collections functions
  • Producing returns reports for customers on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Updating all required CRM systems
  • Managing and coordinating customer site collections
  • Communicating with the site and customers to confirm/book orders and tract their completion
  • Ensuring reporting is accurate and all financial SLAs and KPIs are met
  • Complete day to day queries from customers by phone and email  
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven experience of working within an administrative role (ESSENTIAL)
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft office and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • 25 days annual leave
