HR & Payroll Coordinator
£38,000 – £40,000 DOE pro rata 12 month FTC (Maternity Leave Cover)
Nottingham - hybrid

We're currently recruiting for an HR & Payroll Coordinator to join a well established organisation on a short term fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This role offers a blend of HR administration and end to end payroll coordination, supporting a workforce of approximately 220 employees. International payroll exposure is included, although previous experience in this area is not required, as full training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong payroll knowledge, pensions understanding and a proactive approach to HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Running monthly payroll for around 220 employees Administering pensions, benefits and payroll adjustments
• Supporting new starter onboarding and preparing employment contracts
• Responding to employee payroll and HR queries via an online ticketing system
• Managing tasks through a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
• Assisting with recruitment administration and coordination
• Supporting HR and payroll teams with ongoing projects and improvements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Strong payroll knowledge, including pensions and benefits
• Experience running or supporting payroll processes HR administration experience
• Onboarding and contracts with the ability to manage workload through an online ticketing system (training given)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy confident working both independently and as part of a team
