Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a highly reputable and established adult and children care provider. They are proud to be delivering a high quality of CQC compliant care across our community. As part of their next growth stage they are looking to recruit a motivated, ambitious and adaptable HR Manager to develop and take ownership of the company HR department. The successful HR Manager will be integral in creating positive relationships with
stakeholders at all levels, whilst providing a compliant and robust HR function.

What will the role involve?

• Overseeing the full recruitment and onboarding process for all employees
• Onboarding new starters and ensuring all hires are fully compliant.
• Drafting fit for purpose contracts and offer letters.
• Monitoring performance, Probation periods and delivering appraisals.
• Collaborating with the payroll team to ensure an efficient payroll delivery.
• Review, update and roll out policies.
• Identifying training requirements and coordinating external training provision
• Oversee the compliance of all employees and undertake regular internal audits.
• Create and maintain effective staff rotas.
• Line Management responsibility for 1 admin support.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in HR Manager role or similar essential
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
• Full clean UK driving license
• In depth knowledge of UK employment law
• Detail orientated and an expert in compliance.
• Experience within the care sector or a similar heavily regulated industry is advantageous.
• Warm, collaborative team player
