Are you an experienced HR Coordinator looking for the next step in your career?
We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing, people-focused business where you'll gain exposure to all aspects of HR while supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support, managing employee queries and assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line HR support to clients, managing shared HR inboxes and ensuring all queries are handled promptly
- Supporting with the implementation of new HR systems for clients
- Supporting with end-to-end onboarding including preparing contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Co-ordinate offboarding processes including final pay calculations, holiday calculations, letters and exit interviews
- Maintaining HR systems, ensuring accurate data, completed probation reviews and verified right-to-work checks
- Producing HR reports and management information
- Supporting with recruitment activity from advert through to offer (coordinating interviews etc)
- Assisting with employee relations cases including preparing documentation and note-taking during meetings
- Supporting absence management and employee benefits administration
- Providing payroll administration support when required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a HR Administrator or HR Co ordinator
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of UK employment law
- Professional, client-focused and able to build strong relationships
- CIPD Level 3 (preferred but not essential)
