Job Role: HR Assistant (25 hours)
Location: Nottingham
Hours:     Monday - Friday 5 hours per day
Salary:    £12ph

Harper Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity to join a unique local organisation based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.


Due to growth and ongoing success our client are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to join the head office team.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Providing first line generalist HR advice 
  • Implementing HR systems
  • Absence management 
  • Recruitment 
  • Attending grievance and disciplinaries meetings
  • Responsible for the management of the HR inbox
  • Coordinating the on boarding process for new starters
  • Collect, record and report on HR information data
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Support HR consultant with projects

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a HR environment
  • Level 3 CIPD desirable
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Payroll knowledge would be advantageous
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
