Job Role: HR Assistant (6 Month Contract)
Location: Nottingham
Hours:      Monday - Friday 8-5
Salary:     upto £22k depn on experience

Our client based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre is looking for HR assistant to join their expanding team. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and company management to ensure a well-rounded HR support service to this market leading organisation.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Providing first line generalist HR advice inline with current legislation and best practice
  • Attending grievance and disciplinaries meetings
  • Responsible for the management of the HR inbox
  • Coordinating the on boarding process for new starters
  • Collect, record and report on HR information data
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Support HR BP with projects
  • Assisting the office manager with facilities and administration support
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in a HR environment
  • Level 3 CIPD desirable
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Payroll knowledge would be advantageous
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
