HR & Payroll Assistant
Part Time (24-32 hours per week flexi)
£23,000 - £28,000 pro rata

Are you experienced in Payroll and looking for an opportunity to compliment a busy work life balance?
We have a unique opportunity for someone with payroll experience to work both from the office and home providing a combination of Payroll and HR support (70/30)
Duties will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of all hours, holidays, sickness and absence for all colleagues and reporting anomalies
- Inputting weekly hours accurately and processing employment records
- Processing all data to be input into monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation
- Providing overall direction for the day to day running of all Payroll & Pensions tasks, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
- Process all leavers issuing them with a leaver letter and P45 in a timely fashion
- Assist with running a HR audit process including processing all right to work checks
- Liaise with and support the Head of People with engagement activities such as launching and embedding new benefits
- Responsible for dealing with all payroll queries and producing payroll reports
- Issue employment change letters where required and update all supporting payroll information
Skills and experience required:
- Confident with MS Office Excel
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR practices advantageous
- Great communication skills with a flexible an do attitude
